About Molly McLaughlin-Clawson
Molly McLaughlin-Clawson is a teacher at heart, a coach by nature, a founder in action, and an author by calling.
An 11-year middle school educator and coach, Molly holds degrees in Business Management and Elementary Education, a Master’s in Secondary Education, a Mathematics endorsement, a Diploma in Writing for Children and Teenagers, and certification as a Holistic Perimenopause and Menopause Coach. Education has always been her foundation, but life became her greatest classroom.
After surviving a life-altering car accident that resulted in traumatic brain injury and the emergency birth of her son, Molly faced the challenge of rebuilding her identity, her confidence, and her daily rhythms. What could have shattered her instead reshaped her.
From that reconstruction came Angel Cheer Throughout the Year -a grassroots gratitude initiative that has documented nearly 700 acts of kindness over eleven years. What began as a simple effort to teach her son about compassion became a lifestyle and community movement. In her hometown, she is often recognized as “the Angel Lady.”
Molly writes and shares about resilience, intentional motherhood, midlife transitions, invisible injury, and choosing gratitude even when life is complicated. Her memoir, Scattered NOT Shattered, reflects her belief that even unexpected seasons can hold meaning.
Now an empty nester, Molly lives with her husband and continues to build a life rooted in purpose and connection.
She believes in intentional connection, quiet presence, and the kind of care that makes people feel deeply seen.
